Welcome to the Kentucky Preparedness Network (KPN)! With a passion for preparedness, we are a driven organization dedicated to equipping individuals and communities across Kentucky with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to thrive in uncertain times.
Our Story
The KPN was founded in the late 2010s by a group of like-minded individuals who recognized the importance of being prepared for a wide range of potential emergencies and disasters. As seasoned preppers, they understood that community collaboration could amplify individual efforts. Thus, KPN was established as a platform to foster connections, facilitate learning, and promote readiness throughout the Bluegrass State.

At KPN, we aim to build a resilient and prepared community ready to face any challenge. We believe that preparedness is not about living in fear but embracing a proactive mindset and taking practical steps to safeguard ourselves, our families, and our communities. By sharing knowledge, skills, and resources, we empower individuals to confidently navigate emergencies and contribute to a stronger, more resilient Kentucky.
What We Offer

Whether seeking advice, looking to share your expertise, or simply wanting to connect with others who share your interests, our community forums and events provide a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Educational Programs: We organize various camps, classes, workshops, and training sessions throughout the year. Our camps offer immersive experiences where participants can learn and practice essential survival skills in a controlled environment. Our classes and workshops cover a wide range of topics, including wilderness survival, first aid, food preservation, self-defense, homesteading, and off-grid living. We invite expert instructors and experienced preppers to share their knowledge and provide hands-on training.
